Drum Handling & Hazardous Wastes Processing Facility (UK)

RPA personnel were commissioned to audit a hazardous waste processing, disposal and solvent blending facility, whose principal waste input was in the form of drummed wastes. As a result of the audit the true value and liabilities of the business were defined. We also identified significant process, equipment and operational shortcomings. As a result, we defined appropriate changes to operating practices and put forward equipment and design modifications to improve the efficiency and safety of the overall operation. The changes to the operating practices, the safety modifications and most of the efficiency modifications were implemented by the site management and staff themselves.
